Best Ad Networks with Easy Approval and High CPM (From Good to Best)

1. PopAds

PopAds is a pop-under ad network that still delivers some of the fastest approvals in the industry. You don’t need any minimum traffic just an active website with real content. Approval is usually instant or within a few hours.

Why it’s great:

Very high CPM in Tier-1 countries (often $3–$8+ depending on traffic quality)
Super low minimum payout: only $5
Daily automatic payouts via PayPal (or other methods)
No traffic requirements

Downside: CPM can be lower or campaigns may be unavailable in some Tier-2/3 countries. Still, if you have US, UK, CA, AU traffic this is one of the highest-paying pop networks available.

2. Monetag

Monetag has quickly become one of my personal favorites. They offer multiple ad formats (pop-unders, banners, push, in-page push, etc.) and consistently pay solid CPM I’ve seen $15+ CPM on US/UK traffic in my own tests.

Key advantages:

Excellent CPM for Tier-1 geo (often $10–$20+)
Only $5 minimum payout
Payments every 2 weeks (Net-14)
Multiple payout options: PayPal, Skrill, crypto, wire, etc.
Very helpful and responsive support (real humans who actually solve issues)
No minimum traffic requirement

Note: They don’t accept free domains (Blogspot, WordPress.com, etc.). You need your own domain, but approval is still fast and easy if your site looks legit.

3. Galaksion

Galaksion works with 100% direct advertisers, which means cleaner ads and stable rates. They offer pops, banners, native, and more.

Pros:

Good CPM (especially strong in Europe and some Asian countries)
Very friendly and helpful support/team manager
Multiple ad formats
Manual payouts from just $50 (just message your manager)
Automatic payouts at $100

Cons:

Requires at least 5,000 unique visitors per month for approval
Payouts are on-request (no fixed NET terms), but they pay fast when asked

Overall, once you’re in, it’s a solid and reliable network.

4. Clickaine

If your site allows adult/NSFW content (or you’re okay with dating/gambling-style ads), Clickaine offers some of the highest CPM rates on the market right now.

Highlights:

Extremely high CPM (often the highest of all networks listed here for allowed traffic)
Many formats: banners, native, VAST, in-stream/out-stream video, pops
$100 minimum via PayPal (2% fee) or only $35 via crypto
Fast approval for adult-friendly sites

If NSFW/dating ads are fine with your audience, this one usually pays the best out of everything I’ve tested.

Final Thoughts

Here’s my personal ranking from good to best based on ease of approval + actual earnings I’ve seen:

PopAds → easiest & fastest to start
Monetag → best balance of easy approval + high CPM + great support
Galaksion → solid all-rounder once you hit 5k monthly visitors
Clickaine → highest earner if you can run their ad types

Of course, results depend on your traffic quality and geo, so I always recommend testing a few yourself. But these four have consistently paid me well and on time.
